Yerba Buena Culture For Community Day - Free Museums Thursday Sept 19
Many Yerba Buena museums are opening their doors for free (some only are free at night) and staying open late.
Children’s Creativity Museum (Free all day from 10-7. They are open extra hours from 4-7. The last Yerba Buena day in March it was only free at night)

The Contemporary Jewish Museum (CJM) Free all Day from 10-9. (open late to 9)
Many people are unaware, there is a small children’s play section (the Zim Zoom Family Room). Create and explore the symbolism of light on the giant Light Wall, a unique interactive community collaborative activity. Curl up for a quiet moment with a good book in the book nook. Spend time at the maker table and experiment with new materials while making connections to exhibitions and each other. Create new stories and share performances in this puppet space.

SFMOMA Museum of Modern Art Free All Day. Thursday nights are open late to 9 pm.

Yerba Buena Gardens Festival show- Ricardo Lemvo with Afro-salsa music at Jessie Square in front of Jewish Museum from 6-730 pm
